Unable to sign in on the iOS Arlo App

I haven’t been able to sign on from the Arlo app since the iOS 16.3.1 update on my iPhone. I’ve restarted my phone, delete and reinstalled the app many times and no luck. The app only shows the Arlo logo with no sign on fields. 

This has been an issue for the past 1.5 weeks and I’ve googled and tried every solution to fix this. Is there any way to get this issue fixed ASAP? I am not able to check the cameras while I am away and this is a big issue.

I've tried this method 3x and it's still not working for me. I do not see any sign on fields as well.
