Unable to renew subsciption but money still taken

Tried to renew my subscription but every time i click renew it tells me master plan not assigned and still takes my money.  Tried three times now, you've taken $60 and I am left with non working cameras.  This happens every single month and i am totally sick of it and dread my renewal date because i know this will happen again.  how can anyone possibly reccommend this product when it has an issue like this!
