Unable to obtain RMA

Hello,

 

I'm trying to access support for a RMA.

However the chatbot goes around in circles eventually concluding with:

 

"After reviewing your account, it appears that you are not entitled to live agent support. However, you can utilize any of the self-support options available to you including this chat bot, the Arlo Community, and the Arlo support site where you can find how-to articles and videos." 

 

By entering "order support team" and I got a phone number, but this is not a working number!

 

Can you please contact me with DM or email with assistance obtaining a RMA.

I still have not had any contact from Arlo.

I tried to go through support and still no luck.

This is fraud, and I will submitting a complaint and forwarding screenshots of the chat to the FTC if I do not hear something soon.

To contact Arlo support, you must have a product within warranty and/or an active Arlo Secure subscription plan. What product do you have and what issue are you experiencing?

It's a Arlo video doorbell I purchased directly from Arlo less than one month ago.

It is un-opened, and I simply want to obtain a RMA to return it.
