Trusted devices list not showing

I got a new phone, iPhone 15 Max, when I log in it says that my device is not trusted. I use the email option to verify my device. Once logged in, it says it is unable to add device to list of trusted devices due to having reached the maximum allowed (5 devices). It then says I should remove devices so I can add my current device. I am not able to find my list of trusted devices through the Arlo Secure app, or through the web page portal. I’ve “spoken” with the support bot, but none of the advice is working. I tried to select the option to speak to a team member but it’s telling me I am outside of the “zone” or something like that. I am in Dubai. I don’t have any subscriptions, just the one device to monitor my babies crib. I have the latest app version also. 

if anyone can assist, that would be amazing. Thank you.

Look in the arlo app under settings/profile/two-step verification.
