NOT a Happy Camper. Two days ago, literally in truck to leave one of 2 properties only to learn 5/25/23 update WHIPPED out access to both properties and all mobile devices with our account. BLANK screens. After traveling to 2nd location and researching, I paid (ARLO TECH in CA charged my CC in less than 5 seconds) a a plan. More than 3 hrs later and CAN NOT (following instructions from support here) FIND the Hub or cameras. Every time I log out and back in I get “sign up now for 50% off” before I can do anything. I need SUPPORT TO CONTACT ME to resolve this before I call my CC company to challenge and deny the charge…

Update-9 hrs later, after discussing with billing, followed by call from technical support, refunded pending, one system reconnected and back up. Instructed how to reset/restore second system when get back to that location..
