Is there a way to trun off pop-up help windows on the Arlo home page?

Is this for the app or the web client? What are the messages? Do you have a subscription? Check your account settings for your profile (click on your account name) and then go into the Name, Email section to see if the "Keep me up-to-date..." setting is selected.
