Not receiving notification sound with new phone

After my old VMB 4000 base station failed I replaced it with a new VMB 4540. This is connected to 3 Pro and 1 Pro2 cameras.

I recently replaced my Samsung A8 mobile phone with Samsung A54.

System, in Scheduled Armed mode works OK but no sound notification is received on any mobile phone when vehicle or person is detected. New base station firmware fuĺly updated.

Can you assist please.

Are you getting no notifications?  Or are you getting the notifications, but not any sound?
