I’ve been using Arlo for years. I recently bought two new camera systems totaling over $1,000. All of a sudden I’m having major issues with the app. I try to login and it sends me an authentication code but there is no screen to enter the code. The app leaves you at the original login/create account screen. I have restarted my phone, updated it to ios16.3 which is the newest version on my iPhone 14. I have deleted and re-installed the app many times. Nothing works. There are other forums from months ago on this and nobody has solved the problem. Do I actually need to return all my cameras and go with someone else? There is nobody to call, just a chat box that took 2 hours of waiting and they still couldn’t help. WTF do I do!?
