I have my reciept but where is the 16 digit code to redeem the 3 months free. Also I have been overcharged on my credit card as I down graded my plan. Will this get refunded? Where is the live help?

Normally the trial subscription kicks in automatically - not sure why you purchased a subscription when the trial was still active.

 

Help is in the support center of the app (NOT my.arlo.com).  Phone help is an option there, and is available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time.
