Base Station VMB4500 won't show up in Arlo secure app for new person

When I add another person into my Arlo home, I shared all the devices with them but the Pro Base Station Single-LED VMB4500 will not show up on the added persons Arlo secure app, making them unable to view any of the video clips.

 

I also just recently upgraded to the new Arlo secure app.

Do you see "Library" in your app, or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?

Are the invitations showing up as "accepted" in your account?  Or are they still "pending"?

You also show that the base is a VMB4500. Only the VMB4540/5000 SmartHubs can use the app to view local recordings. The VMB4000 and 4500 bases require the local storage to be ejected for viewing on a computer.

 

That said, AFAIK, guest accounts can't access local recordings on any base or hub, including the 4540 and 5000 hubs.
