Me too!  They need to revert to November App immediately!  Shut down my entire security over night and I can't even log back in on the browser.

I'm on a Pixel 6 with the January 2024 Android 14 update and have no problem with using the app and didn't have problems earlier, either. It's not specifically the app or Android version that's the problem unless you happen to be using the beta Android 14 updates which are known to have issues that both Arlo and Google are addressing.

Not being able to log into the web client doubles the idea that it's not the app since they are totally different interfaces. For the phones, I'd suggest rebooting the phone and reinstall the latest app. For the browser, use a different browser and/or computer. Always make sure all apps/programs/OSes are up to date.
