What is being taken away from original users now?

Being a Arlo user from the beginning, all I see is a money grab for things that were included originally and then taken away. Why should I invest in more products when history shows it won't be a good investment as it costs more and more to use them after paying a high price for the item to begin with.

Arlo subscribers are able to keep their current service plan if it fits their needs. No need to upgrade your current plan. However, our new plans have been optimized based on user feedback from the community forum. Based on your feedback, we have simplified the service plans so you can choose a plan for just one camera or all the cameras in your home. We also kept the same price points of $2.99/mo for single camera, $9.99/mo for unlimited cameras per household and $14.99 for unlimited cameras per household + our Emergency Response service and 4K video recording.
