Is your cell phone connected to the same network as the cameras? Have you tried connected to both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz connections?

yes it is connected same network... I can see it through my cellphone and my desktop on all four batterized cameras if that's what your asking. So what does it have to do about the 2 other wire camera's not syncing.... are'nt they supposed to be syncing in to the base as well as the batteried ones? And how do I try to connect both 2.4Ghz/5Ghz ? HELP

The Arlo Q's do not sync to the Arlo base station, they sync directly to your home router.
