I have over 35 cameras and and some fail, I try to "communicate" Over the phone for different reasons.....YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HARD IS TO UNDERSTAND THEM !!!!!!
It would be nice to speak with somebody in USA ... I have nothing against the people in India, But i cant really understand what they say.
Also, they give you a case # and they say that someone will contact you about this, but it takes for ever.
It would be nice to have shorter turn around and better customer service.

With luck one of the Arlo moderators will step in, but in the meantime you could try using this place for troubleshooting. Friendly people with lots of experience.
