I've installed an Arlo Q Plus camera in my office which is behind a firewall.
Obviously I'm having problems connecting to a live feed of the Arlo camera.
When trying to get a live feed, I'm getting an error message in the ARLO App "There was a problem establishing a connection to tyhe media server"
Need some clear instructions on a FireWall setup to allow live feed from the camera.
I understand from the support community that PORTS  80, 442, 123  need to be opened.
My firewall requires IP address or IP range to be defined as the source.
I understand the ARLO.NETGEAR.COM is on AWS which IP address is dynamic and changing.
How can I accomplish this Firewall setup ?
Many Thanks.

The AWS server is dynamic but a:

ping arlo.netgear.com

will likely suffice to get you an answer.

Does your network require WiFi authentication? That won't be able to work with a Q camera.
