Hi just want to ask, our area now has NBN and we are thinking of connecting to it. Does arlo pro 2 need static or dynamic IP address?

The switch of ISP should have no issue since the Arlo base uses the internal IP address provided by your router, not the external address assigned from the ISP. After the switch, turn the base off and back on to ensure the connection works (ISPs have been known to have settings that block Arlo connections to the servers).
