My vmc4030 camera does not show good image, shows very light image, almost white in most places on image. Like a bright light is shining on it making it very difficult to see the image properly

Daytime, nighttime or both? A screenshot may help. Have you use the camera settings to adjust the brightness in the Video Settings?
