I have chatted with tech support and followed their directions. From the Feed area I select download and there is no feedback that it worked. If it did download where are these video clips stored in my phone? I see nothing to help in the Arli Secure app.

FWIW, I agree that it would be nice to get some positive feedback when it works.

The video will show up in several spots

iMovie should show it.
Open the camera app and select the stored media by pressing on the bottom right still icon. The videos should show up there.
If your phone is synced with iCloud you'd find the videos on icloud.com (select photos, then albums, and you should see an Arlo album).

Google Photos is also installed on my iPhone, and the videos show up there too.

Likely there are other places too.
