Battery not charging.

I recently collected my cameras to charge them last night.  When I plugged them in, the battery icon went red for all 4 of them and the battery life seems to be going down.  This has never happened before.  I think this may have been the first time I've tried to charge them since the app update.  Is this a common problem?  One of my other cameras is showing a plug icon instead of the normal charging icon.  I tried to look at what this icon means, but I couldn't find anything.

Do you have the same symptoms over the web portal on a pc?
