If you care about security, if you care about having a reliable camera system for when you need it, Arlo is not the answer. These stupid cameras record moving tree branches flawlessly all day long, but when there's an important event that I need Arlo to be ready for, the base station goes offline for no discernible reason.  Again and again. This Arlo garbage cannot be trusted. DO NOT BUY this amateur trash in a fancy package if you need a reliable system.

There's nothing to trouble shoot after the fact. It's too late. And next time contractors show up to work on my house Arlo will go dark and drop the ball every time. It always does. Funny how the base station chooses when to go offline only when I need it most. The whole point of having security cameras is to trust them to watch your property. Arlo proves again and again it cannot be trusted.
