Arlo Pro microphone seems to work, but sound outside not heard

Hi - I haven't tried it in a while, but I seem to have lost the ability to talk to someone outside. I can hear them, but when I press the microphone button, hold it down, and talk, they can't hear me.  On a recording, the sound "blanks out" -- meaning I can't hear the outside noise while pressing the mic button -- but it doesn't project audio outside.  I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Arlo app on my devices, no help there.  Thoughts?  Thanks!

Sorry -- I have a video of this, but can't seem to get it uploaded ....

I rebooted the Wifi and, for some reason, that worked.  Have no idea why, but it's all good now.
