Arlo Pro Camera Model VMC4030 Will Not Sync

Arlo camera has been in service fo about 1 year and is part of a 4 camera system. It stopped working and will no longer sync with the base station. I've tried changing batteries and each time I insert a battery, the light blinks blue once indicating the camera has power. However, when I try to sync the camera to the base, nothing happens. No lights at all. I've also tried re-booting the base station several times.

Open a case with support here ASAP (hoping your warranty is still valid).

How do I contact support? I've tried to open chat but when the window opens, it remains blank and does not connect.

I don't know why chat does that but there's also the option for phone calls.
