Arlo Pro 4 batteries question.

I am changing out my old arlo cameras to newish Arlo Pro 4s. They came in a pack of 3 with a few batteries and a recharger. Do the batteries come pre charged or do I have to charge them over night before I try to hook them up? Got it from Best Buy..

Most Li-ion batteries are shipped/stored with about an 80% charge...

So yes, charge them up till indicated as 100% and then use. ( shouldn't take more than an hour or two each )
