Hello, I am experiencing high drainage with the device toggled to off. Why? Thanks

Even with the camera set to "off" it's still communicating with the servers. That leaves the signal strength/quality as the likely suspect. If you bring the camera closer to your router or hub, does the battery life improve? If you have more than one camera, swap them around to see if the issue is the location or stays with the camera.

thanks for message. I have swapped them around. The camera is closer than others that don’t suffer the same drainage. No idea how to improve?

One other thing to try is to swap batteries around since it could be a faulty battery. Once you figure out whether it's the battery or camera, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support to see what they may offer.
