No recordings to Arlo cloud or hub since mid afternoon

After 1:49 pm all cameras quit recording to both smarthub and cloud (I have a mix of cameras using one or the other) the only recordings right before that were audio.  Not motion as typical.  Have deleted app and reinstalled.  Rebooted hub.  Tried on multiple iOS devices.   And still no change.  I can see an occasional recording that shows in the device view but then that recording doesn’t show in library.   Thoughts?
