Arlo Secure Subscription not recognised by App

We had a trial subscription and when it ended, we opted to renew at $7.95 AU per month.  However when I go to the arlo app on the smartphone I get a message that says “premium features not available for to website”. I was trying to access the Feed option.  Logging in via the website confirms the subscription is active.  Why can’t I get premium features on the app ?
