not getting cell phone confirmation or email code sent to me when requested from Arlo app

I can not login to my account with my new phone because it wants to verify it. I am not getting cell phone confirmation or email code sent to me when requested from Arlo app. Arlo has no support for this unless you subscribe to them for support
