I purchased my cameras in the US and have been very satisfied with their performance. Recently I moved to Taiwan and brought my cameras with me. However, I'm not able to renew my subscription. Please help.

Assuming you simply turned off the system, took it to Taiwan and turned the system back on, all should work. However, you need to be using a US credit card in order to purchase a subscription.
If you removed the system from your account and then set it up as if new in Taiwan, you can't get a subscription (see the bottom here):
