Hello, I got 4 cameras, all but one won't connect. Name Spy1. I pushed the sinc button 15 seconds, scaned the code, heard the chim and then waited for the connection. It didn't connect after 3 attempts. Should I remove device Spy1, to start fresh?

Yes.  After a reset you do have to remove the camera from the account and add it back.
