My camera is not working right so I got ripped off. They stole a refrigerator and a stove. My son in law came and got a camper from my property and Arlo didn’t pick it up. What a joke.

Was the cameras on standby or armed?  What is the distance from the camera to where it happened? Was the camera facing the direction?
