Hello!

I want to be able to access the app on my phone without having to enter the password every time. If there is an alert from the camera during the night I just want to be able to open the app and see what it is as quickly as possible. How do I do that? Does anybody know if it is possible?

Can you try re installing the app maybe.

You need to have 2FA (two-factor authentication) enabled for your phone to be trusted. Edit your profile settings in Settings under Login Settings, Two-Step Verification.

I have the 2 step verification configured... the phone I am using it is classified as Trusted Devices.

Do you just background the app or do you actually log out each time? Backgrounding would be needed to prevent the need to re-login.

I was backgrounding but was requiring password all times. I have reinstalled as suggested and now it works 🙂 Thank you!
