Pro 4 Won't Connect

Arlo Pro 4 cameras will only connect to a 2.4Ghz network AND if one even has a 5Ghz network on the same bandwidth, the cameras will not connect. We have a sonicwall and the cameras will not connect to the network if there is ANYTHING else connected. I am sending these back pronto!

Do you have your mobile device connected to the2.4ghz ssid? The requirement is, 2.4ghz SSID from the router and the mobile device needs to be connected to 2.4ghz
