Why cant I review my recordings all of a sudden?

Arlo sucks! I am returning my cameras!

Do you have a subscription? Perhaps your trial sub expired. ANy new camera requires a sub for cloud recordings.

The bottom line is everything about ARLO sucks!

 

They just decided that the products I bought 2 years ago are now end of life and not supported.  Literally thousands of dollars!  

 

Further, since I didn't have a monitoring account, I couldn't talk to any person.  

 

If thrown it all away and moved to Frontpoint which has US - based customer service and actually stand by their products

Subscription requirement to view recordings was a requirement I missed when determining to purchase the 3 pack Pro-4 camera package. I do not plan on spending additional money on this purchase. Disappointed I missed this detail. Camera's are useless to me and are sitting in a box on a shelf at my home.
