Firmware Update not working

Pro 4XL new camera. The Main console shows an exclamation mark and when I click it says Firmware update. I click on that and the camera blinks orange and blue for a few minutes but the message to update firmware and the exclamation mark remain. I have removed and reinstalled the camera and even did the reset option but still the same. Can anyone help with this?

Use Settings, Support to choose your camera and scroll down to Contacts to be able to talk to official support.
