Can't subscribe the CVR plan

trying to subscribe the CVR plan for Arlo pro 4, but there is nothing showed up. I'm using the PC. 

And, also I bought Pro smart hub VMB4540 and battery charger for CVR plan  and set them up already.

 

This is my status and want to fix the problem.
