Arlo pro 4 will not Sync

I set up one camera- works fine, wifi good-other two cameras will not sync with my phone. Wifi is good, batteries are charged. blinking blue light starts up but then shuts off. I press sync button and it goes back on again. Phone says "looking for camera" but then "no camera found."  What's next?
