Arlo Pro 4 disapprearing from APP and online

I just got a bundle of 3 Pro4 camera. I setup 2 of them without issue and they are good they do not vanish or disconnect. They are all connected via the wifi and not the base station I have for my PRO3's. This 3rd one is disappearing from both the app and online. I see it on my router device list still as connected to that, but nothing in my device list on the app. I have reset it three times now and still just vanishes. This last time, I got the blue light blinking and have the app search and the blinking light just stops. I have tried with the base station and without but still the same thing happening. Thought's?

Update.... the tech had me hold the sync button for 30 seconds and started flashing amber. Then remove the battery and put it back in. This apparently reset the camera back to factory. Then i was able to add the camera back to the app successfully.
now to get a cable going to it for power
