Arlo Pro 4 cameras going offline?

Noticed this happening the last 3 nights. My Pro 5 cameras are not affected. IR LEDs are stuck on when they are in this offline state. A reset or 10sec battery removal is a temporary workaround however within 24hrs they are offline again. Multiple cameras affected. Arlo certainly not being open and honest via support.

Is this still happening? How many cameras are affected and are they all pro 4? What is the software version you are using? Is it intermittent or daily?
