Arlo Pro 4 - Sharing with neighbour

My neighbour has purchased a camera and we wish to also use it for both our gardens and use my Arlo Plan.

If my neighbour relocates, is he able to then include his camera for a new plan in his name?

Obviously, we remove his camera from our account and plan

Yes.  But it is important that you remove the camera from the account.
