American Account and Pro 4 setup in Romania

I live in the US and have 4 cameras. I took one of the and I'm trying to set it up at my moms house in Romania. The apps can't find the camera. I have the correct 2.4 Ghz network, from US bought Linksys router. Is Arlo preventing me to set up my camera in a different country?

The setup should work fine in any country that allows access to the Arlo.com servers. Is a VPN in use by any chance? If so, disable it for setup purposes. Rebooting the router may also help.

No VPN. I got the correct network, I hear the chime, but the app can't find it.

I just got it to work after resetting the camera a few times.
