Activity Zones Not Loading

I just received my Arlo cameras. I am trying to set up activity zones, but the camera image is not loading in the activity zone settings. It is a black screen with a spinning loading symbol in the middle. I have waited several minutes, I have reset the app, and reset the camera. The camera’s live feed is working fine. I have the free trial of the Arlo App.

I am not sure if this really did it, or if it was pure coincidence, but it worked. I reset the individual device(s) and completely deleted the app. I set everything up again and it worked. No issues sense.

Are you using the Arlo mobile app or the web client to set this up? If you try viewing from a different device do you still experience the same behavior?

I have a subscription and have the same issue. The image does not appear on iPhone running iOS 17.1.1 and arlo secure  4.10 (7096) 
using a pc or Mac to connect to my arlo when selecting activity zones the activity zone  page never loads - only showing the arlo logo. No error message is displayed.

Consider removing and re-adding the camera to your Arlo account. Do you still experience the same behavor?

Have removed device and added and still the same issue occurs.

I have same issue. Doorbell wired not showing picture in video settings. Other cams do.
