haven't had my cameras up for 4 months.

So mad. haven't had my cameras up for 4 months.  Call and get the run around about having to buy firmware. Looking for$150-300 . Dumping this brand. Get out now people!

Then you aren't talking to Arlo support.  Likely you googled a support number and reached a scam support site.

You access support through the app.  Phone support requires a subscription.

Can you give us more details on what symptoms you are seeing and what you have tried to do to fix them?  Also confirm the camera model, and let us know the base station model you are using.
