Trial Arlo Smart Premier 1 year

Hello,

I have a trail Arlo smart premier 1 year until July 26, 2021. But, I do not see any record form my Mac laptop or my Iphone7.

Can you give me instruction how to set up or do I need to do anything to make records of my Arlo 3 with 6 camera please?

The 1 year trial was for Ultra only not sure if you have one. The Pro 3 has a three month trial that may have expired but not sure from your post. If it did you need a 5 camera premier plan and an single cam sub for the sixth for pro3. Here is the link for the plans.
