Subsription Problem

Everything was fine. I cancelled the free trial and then paid for a monthly unlimited devices plan. All OK as I have had confirmation and money has gone out of my account.

 

Now it says NO PLAN. All cameras and doorbell show on my app but I am getting no recordings.
