My husband and I separated and he cancelled the subscription. I am now trying to get it set up again and don't kbow where to start. I have a log in, but it says I have no devices. Can anyone me give me some step hy step instructions on what I need to do, please?  We have a doorbell and cameras.

Your ex must delete all devices from his account first. Once that is done you can set up the system as if it were new.

I was able to log in under his email and confirmed that they are deleted. Now I am trying to connect them to the smart hub and they are not recognizing them. They are solar powered so I'll have to check the physical cameras during the daylight tomorrow. Making some progress! Thanks

If you are using "add device" from the app, you might also want to try using a PC (my.arlo.com).  That sometimes works when the app fails.

 

Also, you need to add the smart hub before you add the cameras.  There is a reset on the hub that you might want to use.
