Cannot reset one of my Arlo Pro 3

I purchased 5 Arlo Pro 3 Camera, 4 of them can connect with the Station, one of my camera not able to connect with my station, tried hold the sync button to reset, but no LED light.
Confirm my Station is working, my Wi-Fi network is work normal, and the camera's battery is fully charged.
May i seek you advise on my case? Thank you.

The normal Pro 3 cannot connect to your home Wi-Fi (though the floodlight model can).
