Cannot connect Arlo Pro 3 microphone

Hello! I cannot connect to Arlo Pro 3 microphone with my iPhone today. It keeps showing the loading animation. No problem when tried last Wednesday.

I have tried to restart the app, restart the phone, restart the cameras and the smart hub, reinstall the app, logout and login again, make sure microphone access rights on phone and app... but still not work for me.

 

Arlo iOS app version: 2.18.1

iOS version: 13.5.1

Are you still seeing this behavior? Is your iOS device connected to mobile data or WiFi? Do you see the same behavior regardless of how your device is connected to the internet?

Thank you for your reply, James. I had further tests today with the help of live chat support. I found that the microphone function works normal only when my phone connect to the same router as the SmartHub. Not work when my phone connects to another WiFi or uses mobile data. For your information, my case ID is 41823428.
