Arlo pro 3 cannot view live away from home

Hi,

 

I have arlo pro 3 installed at home.  I recently upgraded my modem from copper to fiber.

I have now connected the arlo smart hub to the new modem.

My camera is synced to the base.

 

1. If I enable local 2k live streaming, am able to view live camera (when my iphone is connected to the same network as smart hub). No issues here.

 

However, when I am away from home, live streaming no longer works.

It also does not work, when i disable 2k live streaming.

 

It used to work perfectly fine , with my earlier modem.

 

Can you please suggest ?

What phone device are you using? Are you on the latest version of the Arlo app?

I have iphone 12S and am using the latest version of the arlo app.

Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and restarting your iPhone to see if that helps? And are you seeing any error message when trying to view your live stream?

Yes, I have reinstalled the arlo app and also tried restarting my iphone. Not helping.

There is no error. I just see connecting on the view.

We'd suggest to navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you including live chat with the support team.
