Hi -  We have Starlink.  I purchased the ether link connect so I can connect.  To date not happening.  I have a blue light on my HUB, but it's not picking it up.  Any suggestions?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
