Good Morning,

I received 2 Arlo floodlight cameras as a gift. 

I followed the instructions and the set up was easy. 

Had a free trial and was not able to sign up for a plan since 1 of the cameras does not work properly - the picture is upside down. I wanted to speak to a live agent to see what needs to be done and discuss what type of plan fits well with my home.

I tried this morning to get some help - I was denied.

I am old school and want a real person on the phone.

How do I proceed.

First, go to the settings for the upside-down camera and check the Video Settings. There's a Rotate Image 180* setting that's likely turned on.

 

Having a camera with an issue doesn't deny you a way to purchase a plan. However, the cameras should have come with a trial subscription - do you see that in Settings, Home, Subscription? Depending on when you installed the cameras, the trial may have expired so you would need to purchase a plan that suits your purposes. You then have access to phone support by using Settings, Support Center to select your camera model. Scroll down to Contacts to get the phonne number.
